For orders shipped outside the European Union, taxes, duties and customs charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost paid at checkout. These charges may be collected from the customer by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.

Returns

Please note:

- Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded in case of return. Any adjustments will follow the conditions in effect at the time of the order.
- For orders shipped outside the European Union, any taxes, duties or customs charges paid by the customer are not refundable by CORDERA.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment to our warehouse.

If you wish to return your order, you will need to prepare and send the parcel back using the carrier of your choice, ensuring that it is properly packaged and traceable.

For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is also responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges or additional costs that may be generated during the return process.

Returns must be received at our warehouse within fifteen days of receipt.

This policy applies to voluntary returns. In the event of a product defect, incorrect item or issue attributable to CORDERA, our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
