Free worldwide shipping

Taxes and duties are included for orders shipped within the European Union.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, taxes, duties and customs charges are not included in the product price and may be collected from the customer by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, product availability or customs clearance:

Canary Islands: 3/4 days

Returns

Please note:
- Gift Cards can not be refunded. 
- If shipping costs were applied at the time of purchase, they will not be refunded in case of return. Any adjustments will follow the conditions in effect at the time of the order.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any taxes, duties or customs charges paid by the customer are not refundable by CORDERA.

Cordera offers easy returns for all orders placed within the European Union. A return fee of €20 will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. International customers outside the European Union are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns must be received at our warehouse within fifteen days of receipt.
