TAXES AND DUTIES

Applicable taxes and duties are included for orders shipped within the European Union.

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union, the treatment of taxes, duties and any customs charges varies according to the destination and applicable local regulations.

Where applicable taxes and duties are included in the amount shown or collected during checkout, no additional payment for those taxes, duties or customs charges will be requested upon delivery.

Depending on the destination, applicable taxes and duties may:

• be included in the amount shown;
• be calculated and collected during checkout; or
• be collected upon delivery by the carrier or local customs authorities.

The conditions applicable to each order are determined by the delivery destination and will be reflected during the shopping and checkout process.

Where certain taxes, duties or import charges are not included or collected during checkout, they may be requested upon delivery and will be the responsibility of the recipient as importer of the goods.

Certain destinations may also be subject to specific customs procedures, thresholds or import requirements in accordance with local regulations.

Refusal to pay any charges that may be due upon delivery does not, by itself, entitle the order to free cancellation or a full refund.

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed or returned to origin due to unpaid taxes, duties or customs charges, any costs generated during the process may be deducted from the applicable refund where legally permitted. These costs may include outbound and return shipping costs, taxes, duties, customs charges and administrative or clearance fees applied by the carrier.

If the goods are retained, abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities or the carrier without the possibility of return, any potential refund will be handled in accordance with the conditions applicable to the transaction and the relevant legislation.

RETURNS

A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Once the return has been requested, the items must be sent back following the return instructions provided.

This commercial return policy does not affect any statutory withdrawal or return rights that may apply.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• For voluntary returns, shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Any taxes, duties or customs charges paid directly to the carrier or local customs authorities are not refundable by CORDERA.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are applied according to the destination market.

For the Canary Islands, the applicable return cost and return process will be confirmed during the return process according to the conditions applicable to the order.

The applicable return shipping cost will be charged or deducted from the refund according to the return process available for each destination.

For voluntary partial returns, where complimentary shipping was originally applied because the order reached a specified threshold and the value of the items retained subsequently falls below that threshold, the corresponding shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where this condition applies and is permitted by applicable law.

For returns from outside the European Union, any taxes, duties or customs charges paid directly to the carrier or local customs authorities are not refundable by CORDERA.

Where taxes or duties were collected during checkout, any applicable adjustment or refund will be handled according to the conditions applicable to the destination market and the returned order.

All items must be returned complete, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all labels attached. Any return that does not meet the applicable return conditions may be refused, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In the event of a product defect, incorrect item or any other issue attributable to CORDERA, the case will be reviewed and the appropriate solution will be provided.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may make further delivery attempts, offer an alternative delivery option or provide instructions for collecting the parcel, depending on the destination and shipping service used.

Where delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to CORDERA or the carrier, the order may be returned to origin.

If an order is returned to origin due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery or non-payment of charges due at destination, any costs generated may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

Any refund resulting from an unsuccessful delivery will be handled in accordance with the conditions applicable to the order and the relevant legislation.
