Shipping and returns
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination country.
Taxes and duties are included for orders shipped within the European Union.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, taxes, duties and customs charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost paid at checkout. These charges may be collected from the customer by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, product availability or customs clearance:

TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are included for orders shipped within the European Union.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are sent under DAP terms (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020). This means that the amount paid to CORDERA covers the product and the shipping service selected at checkout, but does not include any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
Import duties, taxes and other customs-related charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer, who acts as the importer of the goods. CORDERA has no control over these costs and cannot estimate them in advance. By placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for paying any charges required for the shipment to clear customs and be delivered.
Refusing to pay these charges does not entitle the customer to a free cancellation or a full refund of the order. If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to origin due to unpaid import duties, taxes or customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any costs arising from the return process, including outbound and return shipping costs, applicable duties, taxes and customs charges, as well as any customs clearance or administrative fees charged by the carrier.
Any such costs will be deducted from any refund that may be due and, depending on the destination country, may be substantial.
If the goods are retained, abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities or the carrier without the possibility of return, no refund will be issued.
RETURNS
Please note:
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded in case of return. Any adjustments will follow the conditions in effect at the time of the order.
- For orders shipped outside the European Union, any taxes, duties or customs charges paid by the customer are not refundable by CORDERA.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment to our warehouse.
If you wish to return your order, you will need to prepare and send the parcel back using the carrier of your choice, ensuring that it is properly packaged and traceable. Shipping costs applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded in case of return. Any adjustments will follow the conditions in effect at the time of the order.
For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is also responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges or additional costs that may be generated during the return process. Any taxes, duties or customs charges paid by the customer are not refundable by CORDERA.
Returns must be received at our warehouse within fifteen days of receipt, complete, unused and in their original packaging.
This policy applies to voluntary returns. In the event of a product defect, incorrect item or issue attributable to CORDERA, our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
DELIVERY FAILURE
If delivery of your parcel becomes impossible after two attempts, the courier will try to find a safe place to leave it and will also leave a note to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up. If you are not going to be at the delivery address at the agreed time, please contact the courier to arrange another delivery.
If 15 days after your parcel becomes available for delivery it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination, we will refund the price paid for the products as soon as possible and, in any event, within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which we consider the agreement terminated. In such a case, we may charge you any transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination of the order.
